• Orders for custom enamel pins are confirmed only once payment has been successfully processed, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

• For bespoke or bulk orders, a deposit or full advance payment may be required before production begins.
• We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order due to pricing inaccuracies, suspected fraud, or other reasonable grounds.

• All prices displayed on our website are in Pounds Sterling (GBP £) unless stated otherwise.
• Prices may change without prior notice.
• While we aim to ensure all product descriptions and pricing details are accurate, errors may occasionally occur. If this happens, we will contact you to confirm whether you wish to proceed at the corrected price or cancel your order.

All enamel pins are made to order. Production timelines vary depending on quantity and design complexity. Estimated turnaround and shipping times will be provided at checkout or via email confirmation.

We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs clearance, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Ownership and risk transfer to you once the goods have been dispatched to the delivery carrier.

• Orders may be cancelled for a full refund only if production has not yet commenced.
• Once manufacturing has begun, cancellation may result in partial charges to cover design setup, mould creation, or materials.
• Due to the customised nature of our products, refunds are generally not available unless the goods are faulty or materially different from the approved design.

To the maximum extent permitted under UK law, we shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our website or products.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
